Cancellation and refund policy

• For cancellations notified before 1 November 2017, the entire amount paid will be refunded less any banking costs.
• For cancellations notified after 1 November 2017 but before 15 December 2017 midnight, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded less any banking costs.
• No reimbursements will be possible for cancellations notified after 15 December 2017.

All cancellations should be made in writing and sent by fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretary ([email protected]).
